Anfin terms of service
Effective 22-10-2026. Anfin is run by PT Anvers Semesta Digital. By creating an account or using Anfin, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Anfin.
The service
Anfin helps you record money in and out, manage budgets and savings goals, split bills with friends, and ask an AI assistant about your own records. Anfin is a record-keeping tool, not a bank, e-wallet, or payment provider.
Account
- Give accurate details, and keep your password, PIN, and phone safe.
- You are responsible for all activity in your account.
- You must be at least 17 years old, or use Anfin with permission from a parent or guardian.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account.
Your financial records
- The records you enter remain yours. We store and process them only to run Anfin's features, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Balances, budgets, reports, and other figures are calculated from the records you enter. Double-check them before making important decisions.
- The exchange rate suggested when changing a wallet's currency is a daily reference rate and may differ from bank or money-changer rates.
AI assistant
Anfin AI's answers and suggestions are general information to help you understand your own records, not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. AI can be wrong; your decisions and their outcomes remain your responsibility. Anfin AI never saves a change without your confirmation.
AI features have a daily quota and can be turned off at any time in Settings.
Split bill
Anfin does not move money or collect payments on your behalf. A bill link only shows the breakdown; payment between you and your friends is entirely between you. Make sure the friends you add don't mind their names being recorded and receiving a bill link.
Shared goals and wallets
- A goal owner invites members with a single-use link valid for 7 days; a goal can have at most 8 members. Share the link only with people you know.
- By tapping "Join", you agree that your display name and your deposits into that goal are visible to all its members.
- Each member deposits from their own wallet. Anfin only keeps the records; money never moves to other members or to Anfin.
- Only the owner can change or delete the goal. Recorded deposits stay recorded even if a member leaves or the goal is deleted.
- A wallet owner can turn the wallet into a shared wallet and invite members the same way. The main wallet cannot be shared.
- By joining a shared wallet, you agree that your display name and the transactions you record in that wallet, including their notes, are visible to all its members.
- Every member may record in a shared wallet, but a transaction can only be changed or deleted by the one who recorded it. Only the owner can change the wallet settings.
Household
- You can create one household (Couple, Family or Housemates) or join one through a single-use invite link valid for 7 days. An account can belong to one household only, and a household can have at most 8 members.
- Whoever creates a household becomes its manager. Managers can change the household, invite and remove members, make other members managers and dissolve the household. The last manager has to make someone else a manager before leaving.
- By tapping "Join", you agree that your display name and role are visible to every member of that household. Your personal financial records stay private unless you share them yourself.
- Dissolving a household deletes its data for every member. If you delete your account, your membership is removed and, if needed, the manager role passes to the member who joined first.
Prohibited use
- Using Anfin for anything that breaks Indonesian law, including fraud, gambling, and money laundering.
- Sending bill links as spam, to claim debts that don't exist, or to harass others.
- Disrupting, overloading, or trying to break into Anfin's systems or other users' accounts.
- Entering other people's personal data without a lawful basis.
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without prior notice if the violation is serious.
Fees
Anfin can be used for free. When available, some features or more generous limits are part of paid plans (Plus and Premium); what each plan includes is shown in the app before you subscribe. Subscriptions are bought and paid through Google Play, may start with a 30-day free trial when offered, and renew automatically every month or year until you cancel them in Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's policy.
If your plan ends or its limits change, your records are never deleted or locked: you can still open, edit, export, and delete them, you just can't add new ones beyond your plan's limits. Anfin's operators can also give a plan to specific accounts, e.g. as a gift or a trial.
Availability
We work to keep Anfin available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". Maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our control may make it temporarily unavailable. Export your records regularly in Settings → Export data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Anfin is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or financial decisions made based on figures, AI suggestions, or exchange rates in the app.
Termination
You can stop using Anfin and delete your account at any time. If Anfin shuts down, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance so you can export your records.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. We announce important changes in the app or by email before they take effect. Using Anfin after a change takes effect means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled by discussion; failing that, through the competent courts in Indonesia.
